摘要
目的分析2008-2010年海军总医院肠内、肠外营养药物用药情况和趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2008年至2010年肠内、肠外营养药物的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、用药科室及患者用药率进行统计分析。结果肠内、肠外营养药物用药品种、金额、DDDs逐年上升。肠内营养药物DDDs排序稳定,不同品种的肠外营养药物DDDs排序变化较大。科室用药金额排序和患者用药率较稳定。结论临床营养支持已是外科治疗的重要组成部分,营养支持应用基本合理,但目前仍以肠外营养方式为主。
Objective To evaluate the utilization and trend of enteral nutrition（EN） and parenteral nutrition（PN） drugs in our hospital during 2008-2010 for the reference of clinical medication.Methods The consumption sum,DDDs and the rate of patients receiving nutrition support was analyzed statistically.Results The variety,consumption sum and DDDs of EN and PN drugs increased annually.The sequence of DDDs of EN was relatively stable and there was difference in it of PN.The sequence of consumption sum of clinical departments and the rate of patients receiving nutrition support had no obvious change over 3 years.Conclusions The importance of nutrition support had been gradually accepted by clinicians.The utilization of EN and PN drugs in our hospital was reasonable on the whole.At present,the PN assuming a predominant place in surgery clinical application.
