摘要
随着我国沿海水运事业的跨越式发展,优良港址已开发殆尽,新港口选址逐步趋向大浪、深水等条件恶劣的区域。如何保证港口作业条件是新时期港口建设面临的重要问题。本工程位置海域开敞,常年受长周期大浪影响,原设计方案虽采用双环抱式防波堤布置,但掩护效果不佳,港内泊稳条件难以满足靠泊作业要求。设计者通过调整防波堤轴线、修改堤头布置和结构形式、局部开挖等对原防波堤布置方案进行优化,经模型试验验证,以上措施明显消减了港内波高,满足港口作业标准,取得了良好的效果。
Along with the leapfrog development of water transportation industry,excellent port sites are less and less,so the new ports tend to be built in the areas with strong wave and deep water.So it is an important issue to seek a way of guaranteeing the port operation conditions for the port construction in the new period.Huaneng Haimen power plant was built in the odious conditions.Although the original layout used the double surrounding breakwater,it can't meet the berthing demand.By optimizing the axis of the breakwater,the structure of the breakwater head and the partial excavation,the wave height inside the basin reduces prominently,and thus meets the demands of port operation.
