摘要
论证民族传统体育属于非物质文化遗产保护的范畴,在非物质文化遗产法律保护现状分析的基础上,归纳总结民族传统体育在非物质文化遗产法律保护中存在的问题。依据法律保护的基本要求,加快专项立法,鼓励地方立法,加快体育法的配套立法建设,对民族传统体育非物质文化遗产进行有效法律保护。
The traditional ethnic sports belongs to non-material cultural heritage.Based on the analysis on the status quo of non-material cultural heritage legal protection home and abroad,the paper summed up the existing problems and probed into the ways in legal protection of traditional ethnic sports as the non-material cultural heritage according to the basic requirements of legal protection.Meanwhile,specific legislation,regional legislation and sports legislation should be quickened.
