摘要
回顾分析近1年来我院的新生儿医院护理安全存在的问题,探讨新生儿重症监护室(NICU)护理安全存在的问题及其对策。从在新生儿重症监护室实际工作中发现的医院感染问题、患者自身不安全因素、护士自身不安全因素、医院管理方面欠缺等问题提出相应的对策。监护室护士应夯实"三基"能力,积极发现并解决各种护理问题,建立完善的新生儿重症监护室护理体系,提供高质量、安全的护理服务。
Neonatal care and safety problems in our hospital nearly 1 year are retrospectively analyzed,and to investigate neonatal intensive care unit（NICU） nursing safety problems and countermeasures.Some nursing problems in the actual work of the neonatal intensive care unit are found such as hospital infection,the patient＇s own insecurity,the nurse＇s own insecurity and the lack of hospital management,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Care unit nurse should reinforce the ＂three bases＂,and actively identify and solve a variety of care issues,establish and improve the neonatal intensive care unit care system in order to provide high quality and safe care.
