摘要
高技能人才的培养是一个系统工程,需要学校培养和企业锻炼相互结合。以石家庄科技工程职业学院为例研究高职院校的高技能人才培养模式,主要从培养目标、专业、教学、师资、产学合作等角度进行剖析,发现问题并提出解决策略。
The training of high-skilled personnel is systematic work which needs the combination of training in vocational and technical colleges and work in factories.This paper mainly studies the model of training high-skilled personnel in colleges and takes Shijiazhuang Vocational and Technical College for example.This paper also analyzes the primary problems existing in the College and gives out advice from the view of cultivation object,major,teaching,teachers and corporation of production and learning.
