摘要
对比测定了几种氧化物催化剂对碳酸二甲酯(DMC)与乙酸苯酯(PA)酯交换合成碳酸二苯酯(DPC)反应的催化活性。实验结果表明,通过直接焙烧法自制的MoO3催化剂对该反应具有良好的活性,且适宜的焙烧温度为400,500℃。以在400℃下焙烧的MoO3为催化剂,考察了反应条件对DMC与PA酯交换合成DPC反应的影响,并考察了MoO3催化剂的重复使用性能。在优化的反应条件(n(DMC)∶n(PA)=1∶2,n(MoO3)∶n(PA)=0.05,180℃,6 h)下,DMC转化率为74.0%,DPC和甲基苯基碳酸酯的选择性分别为39.5%和56.7%。MoO3催化剂可以多次再生重复使用,是一种高效的酯交换催化剂,具有工业化前景。
Catalytic activities of some metal oxides in transesterification of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) and phenyl acetate (PA) to diphenyl carbonate (DPC) were investigated. It was found that the selfmade MoO3 showed the highest activity and the appropriate calcination temperature for MoO3 was 400 ℃ and 500 ℃. Under the conditions of MoO3 calcination temperature 400 ℃, transesterification reaction temperature 180 ℃, mole ratio of DMC to PA 1 : 2, reaction time 6 h and mole ratio of catalyst to PA 0.05, the conversion of DMC, the selectivity to DPC and the selectivity to methyl phenyl carbonate were 74.0%, 39.5% and 56.7%, respectively. And the MoO3 catalysts could be regenerated and reused many times.
