摘要
文章在棉、羊绒产品上的染色工艺中采用新型双官能团B型活性染料,通过调整纯碱用量、固色温度和助剂的用量等工艺条件,依据上染率,确定最佳工艺条件为:助剂用量50g/L,纯碱用量4～5g/L,固色温度为75℃,实现了棉、羊绒产品的同浴染色。
Double functional group B reactive dyes were used to dye cotton cashmere products by means of adjusted processing parameters.The optimum conditions were demonstrated as the following,that is,auxiliary 50 g/L,sodium carbonate 4~5 g/L,fixation temperature 75℃.Co-bath dyeing of cotton cashmere products was realized.
