摘要
在长距离水平定向钻穿越导向孔施工中,由于钻柱与孔壁之间存在较大的摩阻,因此钻头的旋转要明显滞后于钻机动力头的旋转,由此造成井下工具面角难以控制,从而使控向精度受到了影响。为解决此问题,采用了对接技术。文章主要介绍了对接技术的原理及对接时井下钻具的组合方式,并以中俄原油管道黑龙江穿越工程主管道导向孔对接实例加以说明。
In long-distance pilot hole construction, big friction between drill string and bore wall causes that the bit rotation lags behind the rotation of drilling machine power head, so it is hard to control the downhole tool face angle, and the directional control precision is influenced. In order to fix the difficulty of directional control in long-distance pilot hole construction, the interconnection technique comes up. This paper mainly introduces the principle of interconnection technique and the downhole equipment assembly, and gives a living example of Heilongjiang River crossing project, which belongs to the China-Russia crude oil pipeline project, to explain the application of the interconnection technique in horizontal directional drilling.
