摘要
多式联运路径优化对于降低企业成本、提高竞争力具有重要意义。通过对多式联运网络进行变换,采用节点拆分处理多式联运网络中的中转节点。由于运输网络的时变特性,在运输过程中运输成本以及运输时间会随着出发时间的不同而变化。考虑实际中铁路、航空以及水运固定出发时间对路径选择的影响,将运输费用细化为固定费用、路段运输费用、中转费用以及等待出发的费用。从货物运输实际出发,提出节点运输方式备选集,建立多式联运动态路径优化模型,提出求解该问题的算法。用算例对动态路径优化模型和算法进行验证,结果表明模型具有较好的实用性。
Intermodal path optimization is significant for enterprises to reduce costs and improve their competitiveness.Firstly,the intermodal freight transportation network is conversed,and the method of node splitting is used to deal with the transfer nodes of the intermoda freight transportation network.Due to the time-varying feature of the transportation network,the transport costs and total transport time are varying with the time of departure.Considering the influence of the fixed departure time of railway transportation,air transportation and water transportation to path selection,the transportation costs are divided into the costs of fixed-time departure,the costs of section transport,the costs of transfer and the costs of waiting for departure.And the alternative set of node transfer is put forward in practical perspective.A dynamic path optimization model of the intermodal network is set up,and the algorithm for solving the model is presented.At last an example is chosen to verify the model and corresponding algorithm,the results show that the model and the algorithm are of strong adaptability.
