摘要
1Cr17Ni2钢在生产应用过程中其裂纹缺陷及热处理工艺影响着材料的综合性能,通过热处理工艺的优化,可获得优良的综合性能,研究表明,不同回火温度下该材料的碳化铬析出相的数量存在差异,从而导致冲击韧性的起伏。
In the production and application, the crack and heat treatment of 1Cr17Ni2 steel has effect on its eomprehensive propcrty.Through optimization of the heat treatment process, good comprehensive property of the material could be obtained. The invcstigtion result shows that there is a difference in amount of precipitaed phases of the material when tempered at difterent temperatures,which could result in variation of the impact toughness.
