摘要
目的了解浙江省温州市居民死亡水平和主要死亡原因,为制定预防保健措施提供参考依据。方法按照ICD-10编码对温州市居民2010年死亡资料进行分类整理,用2000年标准人口构成进行率的标化。结果温州市居民2010年死亡率为559.11/10万,标化死亡率为406.86/10万。主要死因为恶性肿瘤、脑血管疾病、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病、伤害和中毒,占总死亡的83.06%。结论慢性病和伤害为温州市居民的主要死因。大力开展健康教育及行为干预,降低慢性病与伤害的发生率,才能从根本上降低居民的死亡率。
Objective To understand the mortality level and the causes of death among the residents in Wenzhou and provide scientific evidence for developing prevention measures.Methods The analysis on death causes was based on the death data among the residents in Wenzhou in 2010,the classification of death cause was according to ICD-10.The standardized death rate was calculated by using the population census data in China in 2000.Results The crude death rate was 559.11/lakh and the standardized death rate was 406.86/lakh.The first five leading death causes were as follows： malignant tumor,cerebrovascular disease,heart disease,respiratory diseases and injury/poisoning.The deaths caused by these diseases accounted for 83.06% of the total.Conclusion The chronic diseases and injury were the major death causes among the residents in Wenzhou in 2010.It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of chronic diseases and injury.
