摘要
目的探讨优质服务在腹部外科手术病人中的应用研究。方法选择154例进行腹部外科手术病人随机分为对照组77例和观察组77例,对照组采用传统的医疗护理流程行护理管理,而观察组在传统护理的基础上采用优质服务的理念进行护理管理。结果观察组患者的平均住院时间、治疗费用、患者对所患疾病知识的掌握情况及患者满意度明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论优质服务应用于腹部外科手术中可有效利用医疗资源、提高护理质量、提升患者满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the quality services in abdominal surgery patients in applied research.Methods 154 cases of abdominal surgery patients were randomly divided into control group,77 cases and observation group 77 patients in the control group using traditional medical care and care management process line,and the observation group in the tradition of care, based on the concept for the use of services care management.Results The average length of stay of patients,the cost of treatment,patients suffering from diseases of :the mastery of knowledge and patient satisfaction was significantly better than the control group,P〈0.05, significant difference.COnclusion The service can be used in abdominal surgery in the effective use of medical resources, improve the quality of care,improve patient satisfaction,should be widely applied.
