文章分析了以科技成果登记管理为手段，提高科技管理水平、培养科研管理人员、促进科技成果转化、高效利用成果登记信息的方法，并从成果管理角度，为科研单位加强科技成果登记管理工作，提高科技管理水平提供参考。
The article describes and analyzes the methods of improving management of scientific and technological achievements, developing scientific management, promoting transformation of scientific and technological achievements, efficiently using the scientific and technological achievements information by means of scientific and technological achievements registration management.
