摘要
目的:运用绩效考核的方法对护理专业学组进行绩效管理。方法:设计和完善护理专业学组绩效考核评价指标体系,采用绩效考核评价指标对专业学组进行考核评价结果:建立了《护理专业学组建设绩效考核标准与评估细则》;自2010年以来共实施两次绩效考核,与第1次考核相比,第2次考核各个学组综合绩效评分均有所提高,各学组完成任务指标和护理专业技术水平也有所提高;专业技术服务质量的满意度得到提高。结论:建立绩效考核体系,强化了专业学组建设的科学规范;实行绩效考核制度,调动了专业学组建设发展的内在积极性;注重绩效考核的科学实施,确保了专业学组发展的方向和动力;全面推进绩效考核管理,实现了专业学组建设的管理创新。
Objective: To apply Performance Assessment to manage Clinical Nursing Academic Groups (CNAGs). Methods: We set up Performance Assessment Indicator System (PAIS) to evaluate the performance of CNAGs. Results: We evaluated CNAGs twice by PAIS since 2010. Compared with the first time, each CNAG attained higher scores in the second evaluation. Task completing rate and nursing professional technical level in all CNAGs increased obviously. More nurses got professional development and job satisfaction. Conclusion: The implementation of PAIS was effectively in CNAGs management. It worked as an incentive for CNAGs' development and innovation.
