摘要
以水为浸提溶剂,采用单因素和正交试验对鱼腥草抑菌物质提取工艺进行优化,并对鱼腥草提取物进行了抑菌性能研究。结果表明,鱼腥草抑菌物优化的提取工艺条件为料液比1∶20(g/mL)、提取温度95℃、提取时间4 h,此时鱼腥草抑菌物提取率达到13.89%;鱼腥草提取物对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌有较强的抑制作用,最低抑菌浓度为大肠杆菌0.65 g/L、沙门氏菌1.45 g/L,但对黑曲霉和青霉的抑制效果不明显。
The extracting conditions and antimicrobial activity of extracts fi'om Houttuyniae cordata with water as extracting solvent were studied. Single-factor tests and orthographic experiments showed that the best extraction conditions were 4 h of the soaking time, 1:20 (g/mL) of the material-liquid ratio and 95℃ of extraction temperature, and the Houttuyniae cordata extraction yield was 13.89%. Houttuyuiae eordata extracts had some antibacterial activity on E. call and Salmonella. But it had no antibacterial activity on Aspergilhts niger and Penieillium. And minimum inhibitory concentration of extracts is 0.65 g/L against E. coli and 1.45 g/L against Salmonella.
