摘要
文章综述了药食两用昆虫——蝗虫的种类、分布、功能性营养成分及其应用现状并提出了今后开发和利用的着重点,以期为蝗虫相关研究提供参考。
In this paper,the species,distribution,functional nutrients and application of locust with both food and medicine function were summarized,future development were proposed,in order to provide a reference for related research.
