摘要
目的:探讨泌尿系统结核的快速诊断方法,早期明确诊断。方法:采用荧光定量PCR法及环介导等温扩增法(LAMP法)对成都市第六人民医院53例拟诊泌尿系统结核患者进行检测,结合其他临床资料分析结果。结果:环介导等温扩增法与荧光定量PCR法检测敏感度相当分别为83.3%、86.67%,检测特异性等温扩增法为88.2%,荧光定量PCR法为82.4%,分子生物学方法与培养法检出率卡方检验无显著性差异。结论:分子生物学方法检测可快速辅助诊断泌尿系统结核,根据实验室条件选择荧光定量PCR法或LAMP法,结合影像学资料及临床症状体征,能及时确诊泌尿系统结核,争取治疗时间。
Objective:To investigate the rapid diagnosis of urinary tuberculosis method, find methods to diagnosis earlier. Method: 53 cases of urinary system tuberculosis patients tested using fluorescence quantitative PCR and loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP)to diagnosis Results :LAMP and fluorescent quantitative PCR considerable sensitivity to detect 83.3% and 86.67%, speci- ficity of LAMP detected 88.2%, RT-PCR method was 82.4%.Molecular biology and culture method detection rate of chi-square test was no significant difference Conclusions: According to the laboratory results, molecular biology methods is suitable for urinary sys- tem tuberculosis rapid diagnosis, real time PCR or LAMP method, combined with imaging data and clinical signs and symptoms, can diagnosis urinary tuberculosis timely.
