摘要
重点介绍皮带机运行中的常见故障,通过对皮带机跑偏原因的分析以及皮带机跑偏对生产产生的影响,总结出皮带机输送带跑偏的基本规律,并进一步具体列举了几种常用的纠偏方法及特点,以期能为以后生产中皮带机的使用提供相关借鉴。
The common operation failure of belt conveyer is introduced in this article. Through analyzing the reason of the de viation and the impact on production for the belt conveyor, the basic law of the conveyor deviation is summed up and further, several common correction methods which often used and its characteristics are introduced in detail, it should be provide rele- vant reference for design later.
