重症监护室护士对谵妄的认知状况分析 被引量：15

摘要 目的了解重症监护室(ICU)护士对谵妄的认知状况,提高对谵妄的识别率,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,达到最佳的治疗效果。方法采用便利抽样、问卷调查方法,对北京市及作者所在地共6家三甲医院120名护士进行调查分析。结果 ICU中学历层次较高、工作经验丰富的护士,未掌握谵妄的相关知识,对谵妄的认知度、识别率低。结论应加强ICU护士谵妄知识的培训,提高ICU护士对谵妄的认知度和识别率,才能及时发现、诊断、治疗谵妄,将谵妄的负面影响降到最低。
