摘要
架桥机的结构受力状况复杂多变,尤其是大纵坡、小半径曲线处箱梁的架设。本文首先介绍了YQ165T-40型架桥机的关键设计参数,并采用空间有限元方法对预制箱梁架设过程中关键工况下结构的振动性能及谐响应进行了分析。模态分析表明,YQ165T-40型架桥机在过孔和架梁过程中的工作频率远小于架桥机的一阶固有频率,结构不会发生共振。谐响应分析表明,过孔时架桥机在频率值为4.150Hz和4.971Hz时响应最大,架梁时架桥机在频率值为1.725Hz和4.513Hz时响应最大,施工过程中应当尽量避免此种外界频率荷载出现。
Structural condition of bridge-crane is complex,especially at girder erecting locations with large longitudinal or small radius curves.The key design parameters of the bridge-crane YQ165T-40 is introduced in this paper.Dynamic behavior and harmonic response are analyzed during the process of box girder erecting by using special finite element method.Modal analysis results show that operating frequency during the process of span passing and girder erecting is much less than first natural frequency of bridge-crane YQ165T-40.Resonance will not happen in this kind of structure.Harmonic response analysis results show that response of bridge-crane will reach maximum when frequency is 4.150Hz or 4.971Hz in case of span passing,while response of bridge-crane will reach maximum when frequency is 1.725Hz or 4.513Hz in case of girder erecting.Frequency of such external loads should be avoided during the construction process.
