摘要
饮料业是高成长性的行业,成熟饮品增长稳定,尤其新兴饮品的增长更快.文章综述了国内外饮料工业发展历史、现状和未来发展方向,重点分析了江苏省和徐州市发展饮料生产的优势,阐明了国际饮料生产与销售的特点,为饮料新产品开发奠定了信息基础.
The drinks industry is fast-growing, with mature products growing steadily and new products growing even faster. The development history, present situation and future development direction of soft drinks industry at home and abroad were reviewed. The advantages of soft drinks production in Jiangsu province and Xuzhou were analyzed. The characteristics of international beverage production and sales were illustrated. These all provides information for the new beverage product development.
