基于溶酶体靶点的抗肿瘤细胞多药耐药性 被引量:1

Research progresses and prospects of lysosomal target-based anti-multidrug resistance in tumor cells

摘要 随着恶性肿瘤的发病率逐年上升,化疗的应用范围也日益广泛,但肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性(multi-drug resistance,MDR)严重影响了化疗的效果。随着对MDR机制的深入了解,各细胞器对肿瘤细胞MDR的影响方面的研究也越来越得到人们的重视。本文综述了溶酶体与肿瘤细胞MDR的关系,并对以溶酶体为靶点的肿瘤多药耐药治疗的应用前景进行展望。 The incidence of cancer increases year by year,which leads to extensive application of chemotherapy.However,multidrug resistance(MDR) of tumor cells had great impaction on the effect of chemotherapy.With the in-depth understanding of MDR mechanism,researchers have paid more attention to the influences on MDR acted by organelles.This paper reviewed the research progress of the relation between lysosomes and MDR of tumor cells,and forecasted the prospects of lysosomal target-based anti-multidrug resistance in tumor cells.
