第409例——鼻塞、听力下降，咳嗽、皮下结节，双眼突出、眶周肿物

摘要 病历摘要 患者女，56岁。闲鼻塞、听力下降28年，双眼突出、眶周肿物12年于2010年4月第二次入院。1982年5月患者出现鼻塞、流清水样涕，伴双耳听力下降和耳鸣。诊断：鼻咽炎、渗出性中耳炎，对症治疗症状无缓解。1984年2月患者出现咳嗽、咳白黏痰。右下肢出现蚕豆大皮下结节，活检后创面渐扩大形成溃疡、坏死，
