不同操作者应用血管内中膜分析技术测量颈总动脉内中膜厚度的一致性评价 被引量:3

Conformance assessment in measuring intima-media thickness of common carotid arteries with QIMT by different operators

摘要 目的:本研究旨在探讨不同操作者应用血管内中膜分析技术(QIMT)测量颈总动脉内中膜厚度的一致性。方法:应用QIMT对30例健康志愿者右侧颈总动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)进行测量,三位操作者在同一天对每一个志愿者进行测量,应用方差分析,组内相关系数(ICC)和Bland-Altman评价三位操作者之间的一致性。结果:操作者间右侧颈总动脉IMT测量值的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);操作者间右侧颈总动脉IMT测量值的ICC分别为0.97(P<0.01),0.92(P<0.01)和0.95(P<0.01);Bland-Altman显示操作者间右侧颈总动脉IMT测量的一致性好。结论:应用QIMT测量颈总动脉IMT在不同操作者间有很好的一致性,是一种适用于临床和相关研究的新技术。
