摘要
目的通过医院感染网络系统建设和报警的研究,改进与完善医院感染管理,提高医院感染信息的质量,达到监控和预防的目的。方法在哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院医院信息管理系统的基础上,与医院信息系统(HIS)、实验室信息管理系统(LIS)接口,调用HIS相关数据库,按预先设定的报警参数对医院感染的发生进行报警监控。结果该系统应用后利用医院网络系统进行感染信息的调用与监控,降低了医院感染的发生率和漏报率。结论该系统的应用不仅提高了哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院感染科的工作效率,而且及时发现散在感染,预防感染的流行与暴发,使医院感染管理走上标准化、系统化、科学化、规范化轨道。
Objective To improve the quality of management of hospital infection by constructing hospital infection and warning network system,for the purpose of monitoring and preventing the hospital infection.Methods Based on the hospital information management system of the Fourth Hospital of Harbin Medical University,the hospital information system（HIS） and laboratory information management system（LIS） were employed to monitor the occurrence of hospital infection with the preset alarming parameters.Results The incidence of hospital infection and false negative rate were reduced after application of the hospital infection alarming network system.Conclusion It is demonstrated that the system improves the efficiency of the Infectious Disease Division and detects scattered infections timely,which could prevent the infection outbreak.It makes hospital infection management more standardized,systematic and scientific.
