摘要
对比分析了国内外生活垃圾相关方面的法律法规,借鉴国外发达国家在此方面的立法经验,根据我国相关立法的实际情况,提出了在今后立法过程中需要完善的几个方面,以实现垃圾资源良性循环的目标。
This paper made a comparative analysis on domestic and foreign living garbage related laws and regulations,drew legislation lessons of developed countries in the aspects,according to the actual situation of our country＇s relevant legislation,proposed some aspects need to be perfected in the future legislation process,so as to realize the targets of benign cycle of garbage resources.
