股骨近端髓内钉INTERTAN治疗老年股骨转子间骨折 被引量：12

摘要 [目的]回顾性分析股骨近端髓内钉(INTERTAN)治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的手术效果,评价其临床疗效。[方法]2009年1～12月对28例老年股骨转子间骨折患者,男15例,女13例,平均年龄78.2岁,经皮插入INTERTAN固定,总结患者康复的临床特征,并随访1年,对比患者骨折前后的功能恢复效果。[结果]本组患者术后平均下地负重时间为4.4周,骨折愈合时间平均为10周。20例患者获得1年以上随访,96%恢复到骨折前的生活和行走功能状态。[结论]INTERTAN治疗老年股骨转子间骨折,具有创伤小、固定牢靠、手术时间短的优点,值得临床推广。
