胶束电动毛细管色谱法测定山银花中5种有效成分含量 被引量:1

Simultaneous Determination of Five Effective Components in Flos Lonicerae Confusae by Micelle Electrokinetic Capillary Chromatography

摘要 建立了简单、快速且能同时分离测定山银花中马钱子苷、当药苷、异绿原酸、木犀草苷、绿原酸5种有效成分含量的胶束电动毛细管色谱法。该方法缓冲液由60mM及10mM硼酸缓冲溶液组成;未涂层石英毛细管柱(50μm×50cm);运行电压30kV;柱温25℃;检测波长为254nm;50mbar(3s)压力进样。山银花中5种有效成分在8min内分离良好,线性范围内r≥0.9900,所测有效成分的日内精密度RSD〈3%(n=6),平均加样回收率在72%~103.1%之间。该方法简便、快速、结果准确可靠,可作为山银花及其制剂的质量控制方法。 To develop a simple and rapid micelle electrokinetic capillary chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of five effective components in Flos Lonicerae Confusae,including loganin,sweroside,chlorogenic acid and so on.The buffer was consisted of 10mM SDS and borate buffer.Micelle electrokinetic capillary electrophoresis was performed by a 50μm ×50cm uncoating quartz capillary column.The voltage was 30kv,and the operating temperature was 25℃.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm,and the injection time was 3s with a pressure of 50 mbar.The five components in Flos Lonicerae Confusae were well separated in 8min within r2≥0.9960.The intra-day precisions(RSD,n=6)of effective components determined were less than 3%.The mean recoveries of standard addition were in the range of 72%~103.1%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the evaluation of Flos Lonicerae Confusae and its preparations.
