摘要
目的:观察四君子合剂联合西药治疗H.pylori阴性的胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将192例GU各96例,治疗组采用四君子合剂联合西药泮托拉唑治疗,对照组仅采用西药泮托拉唑治疗。两组均治疗6周为1个疗程结束后观察疗效。结果:治疗组的治愈为92.7%,对照组的治愈率为71.8%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:中药四君子合剂联合泮托拉唑治疗Hp阴性胃溃疡有显著疗效。
Objective：To Observe Effect of SiJun Zi Decoction Combined with Pantoprazote Tablet.Methods：192 patients of gas. tric ulcer without H.pylori infection were divided randomly into 2 groups,96 in each group：the treated group treated with Si Jim Zi decoction combined with Pantoprazole Tablet,and the control group treated with Pantoprazole tablet alone,the therapeutic course for both groups was 6 weeks, clinical effect after treatment were observed.Results：The total effectie rate in the treated group was higher than that in the control group （92.7%vs71.g%）.The clinical effect in the treated group was improved significantly to those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：SiJun Zi Decoction Combined with Pantoprazoie Tablet is superior to using of Pantoprazole alone in treating gastric ulcer without H.pylori infection.
