摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定心可宁胶囊中华蟾毒配基的方法。方法:采用Zorbax ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇:水(75:25)为流动相,流速:0.5ml·min^1紫外检测器波长:296nm,用索氏提取器提取心可宁胶囊中的华蟾毒配基。结果:华蟾毒配基的浓度在(0.02725～0.13625)μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.9994,n=5)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.07%。结论:本方法操作简便、精密度好、回收率高、稳定可靠、适用于心可宁胶囊的质量控制。
Objective：To establish the HPLC method for detennimtion of Cinobufagin In Xinkening Jiaonang.Methods：HPLC was performed on Zorbax ODS（250mm ×4,6mm,5 μ m） with methanol-water （75：25） as mobile phase.FloW rate was 0,5ml.min^-1 and detecting wavelength was 296nm, Cinobufagin in Xinkening Jiaonang was extracted by reflux method.Results：The calibration curve is linear in the concentration range of （0.02725-0. 13625） μg·g·ml^-1（r=0.9994,n=5）,Conclusion：This method is simple,acenrate,repeatable and effective for quality control of Xinkening Jiaonang.
