微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸临床中的应用

摘要 目的:微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸临床中的应用。方法:选择需要强支抗的患者15例,共计26枚微型种植体,植入微型钛钉种植体进行治疗。结果:本组15例患者经过9个月的治疗,患者耐受了微型种植体,矫治结束后正畸患者上中切牙倾角差:27.61°±7.10°,上中切牙凸距差4.01mm±1.61mm,磨牙位移371±0.32,均达到了正常的覆牙合、覆盖,面形良好,无感染、无明显不适感。结论:微型种植体能可以作为稳定的骨性正畸支抗,本法治疗口腔正畸操作简单、方便,疗效显着等优点。 Objective:Miniature planting body resistance in the oral cavity with the application of orthodontic clinic. Methad: Our method of choice in January 2010 to 12 months of treatment need a strong resistance to patients, a total of 26 miniature nuclear plant body, placed tiny titanium nail planting body for treatment. Results: Among 15 patients after nine months of treatment, the patient tolerance the miniature planting body ,treatments in orthodontics patients after cutting teeth dip Angle poor: 27.61°±7.10°, cut away from bad teeth protruding in 4.01mm±1.61mm, molar. 371± 0.32, displacement reached the normal teeth close, the covered face form good, no infection, have no obvious discomfort. Conclusion: Miniature planting fitness can be as stable osseous orthodontic treatment, a resistance to this oral orthodontic easy, convenient, efficacy significant advantages, is worthy to be popularized.
