摘要
目的:比较北京降压0号与拜新同治疗原发性轻、中度高血压的降压效果、不良反应及人均费用。方法:患者60例随机分为两组,口服拜新同(硝苯地平控释剂)30例,30mg,1次/日。口服北京降压0号30例,1片/次,1次/日,连续服药8周。比较两组血压变化、不良反应及8周期间的人均费用。结果:治疗后两组血压均显著下降(P<0.01),北京降压0号组2~4周的降压效果更明显,治疗8周后两组降压效果均达93.3%。北京降压0号治疗中有5例出现不良反应,拜新同4例,不良反应都较轻,继续服药后能耐受或逐渐消失。北京降压0号组,服药8周费用约为40.32元,拜新同组约256元,拜新同组的人均费用是北京降压0号组的6.35倍。结论:北京降压0号与拜新同降压效果相同,不良反应发生率两组未见明显差异(P>0.05),治疗的人均费用北京降压0号明显低于拜新同。
Objective: Antihypertensive effect in treating mild and high essential hyperten- sion, adverse effect and per capita cost be- tween Adalat and Beijing antihypcrtensive zero are compared. Methods: Sixty patients have been randomly divided into two groups. The Adalat group includes 30 patients, who take Adalat (nifedipine controlled release agent ) , 30mg once a day for eight weeks. The Beijing antihypertensive zero group also includes 30 patients, who take Beijing antihypertensive Number zero, one tablet once a day for consecutive eight weeks. The changes in blood pressure, adverse effects and per capital cost during eight weeks have been compared. Results: After treatment, blood pressure of the two group decreases significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ), the Beijing antihypertensive zero group has a better antihypertensive effect from two to four weeks. The number of cases who have adverse effect is five in Beijing antihyperten- sive zero group and four in Adalat respec- tively. The adverse effect is mild ,continuous medication can be tolerated or gradually dis- appear. The per capita cost of treatment in Beijing antihypertensive zero group is about 40.32 yuan,while Adalat group is about 256 yuan. The per capita cost of treatment in Adalat group is 6.35 times than that of Bei- jing antihypertensive zero group. Conclusions : The treatment effect of both antihypertensive zero group and Adalat group is about the same. The adverse effects in these two groups have no significant difference (P 〉 0.05) and the per capita cost of treatment of Beijing antihypertensive zero is much cheaper than that of Adalat group.
