摘要
对EA4T车轴钢试样分别在奥氏体化保温以及冷却相变过程通入脉冲电流,对不同冷却速度下的组织变化进行研究。试验表明:在脉冲电流的作用下,EA4T钢带状组织能够在一定程度上得到抑制。脉冲电流能促进奥氏体状态下的碳原子及合金元素的扩散,同时也能在相变过程中抑制先共析铁素体的形核,消除带状组织。
Microstructure change of EA4T axle steel heat-treated with and without electropulsing during austenizing heating and cooling was studied.The results indicate that under the action of pulse current,the band structure of the EA4T steel is suppressed to a certain extent.Pulse current can promote the diffusion of carbon atoms and alloying elements in austenite.And the pulse current can also restrain the formation of proeutectoid ferrite,eliminating band structure.
