摘要
分析了OTSU图像分割算法和遗传算法,针对基本遗传算法在优化OTSU图像分割算法中存在的易于早熟、陷入局部最优的不足,提出了一种基于改进遗传算法的图像分割算法。结合OTSU对遗传算法中的适应度函数进行改进,使得对个体的评价更合理,提高算法的全局搜索能力,避免了遗传算法陷入局部最优。实验结果表明,与基于基本遗传算法的图像分割方法相比,改进的图像分割算法在图像分割中获得的分割效果更佳。
The OTSU segmentation algorithm and genetic algorithm are analyzed,for easy prematuring and falling into local optimization,of the basic genetic algorithm,an OTSU image segmentation algorithms based on improved genetic algorithm is proposed.Combined with OTSU,the fitness function in genetic algorithm is improved,thus to make the evaluation on individuals more reasonable,enhance the comprehensive search ability of the algorithm,and avoid the genetic algorithm's falling into local optimization.The experiment results indicate that,as compared with the image segmentation algorithm based on basic genetic algorithm,the improved image segmentation algorithm is much better in image segmentation result.
