摘要
目的通过了解病人复印情况,了解患方要求,规范复印制度,避免病案复印纠纷,以人为本建设和谐的病案文化。方法利用病案复印登记系统,对复印病历的人员情况进行统计调查,采用Excel软件计算分析。结果 7650例中患者本人复印占27.12%;出院后7天内复印的人数最多,且复印病历其中一项的居多;复印目的多是农村医保报销;复印者中98.04%对医院的病案管理工作是满意的。结论患者对病历复印权的认识程度以及对医院病案管理工作的满意度较高,但还应加强对农村和高龄人群的宣传力度。
Objective To know patients' copying status and their demands.To regulate copying system,avoid medical record copying disputes and build harmonious medical record culture based on people first.Methods Make use of self-programming medical record copying registering system to have a statistical inquiry of persons who copy the medical records and use excel software to have a calculation and analysis.Results Proportion of medical record coping of patients themselves is 27.12% in 7650 cases.Discharge from hospital up to 7 days,the number of copies is the most.The main purpose of coping is for rural medicare reimbursement.98.04% patients are satisfied with the hospital's medical records management.Conclusion Patients have high familiarity of medical records copy permission and high satisfaction of Hospital medical records management.But also should to strengthen the propaganda of rural and elder populations.
