摘要
在反应器中采用离子交换膜法电解合成2,2'-二氯氢化偶氮苯(DHB),研究了三种不同的催化剂一氧化铅、四氧化三铅和硝酸铅对反应的影响,发现催化剂加入后,电解合成DHB的反应速率有很大提高,DHB收率高达95.23%;采用XRD、SEM及动态电势扫描表征三种催化剂活化后的产物,发现主要起催化作用的是一氧化铅。此外,催化剂在极板上的涂覆分散也可提高产物DHB收率。
2,2′-Dichlorohydrazobenzene(DHB)was synthesized by electrochemical method in an ion exchange membrane-separate cell.The effects of different catalysts litharge,lead tetroxide and lead nitrate on the reaction rate were studied.It was found that the rate of electrolysis synthesis of DHB was increased in the presence of catalysts and the maximum yield of DHB was 95.23%.The morphology and electrochemical characteristics of electrode materials were characterized by SEM,XRD.Based on the characterization of activated products by XRD,SEM and potentiodynamic scanning,it was showed that litharge took the major action in the reaction.At the same time,coating catalyst on the cathode was helpful to improve the yield of the product DHB.
