摘要
目的:探讨腮腺结核的传染途径、诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析1例单纯双侧腮腺结核患者临床资料并复习相关文献。结果:患者发现双侧腮腺区包块并局部溃烂经病理诊断为腮腺结核,经手术及常规抗结核治疗,随访2年以上局部无复发。结论:腮腺结核临床上少见且误诊发生率高,手术切除与抗结核药物治疗相结合可达到治愈目的。
Objective：To probe into the infectious channels, differential diagnosis and treatment of parotid gland tuberculosis. Method： To review and analyse the clinical materials and relevent documents of a pure two - sided parotid gland tuberculosis. Results：Patient with lumps on both sides of parotid gland and local fester was diagnosed as gland tuberculosis bearer, surgery and rou-tine anti - tuberculosis treatment can prevent local reocurrence for two years. Conclusions： Clinical parotid gland tuberculosis is rarely foundsurgery with routine anti - tuberculosis treatment can reach the goal of cure.
