摘要
为了满足河流滨水区域经济社会的全面发展,在分析河岸带功能和当前开发利用实践的基础上,指出河岸带开发利用存在的主要问题,并结合我国河岸带研究及开发利用的现状提出了城市河岸带开发利用的原则、规划布局方案和方法。分析结果表明,只有对河岸带进行生态型的开发利用,才能受益于河流对人类的综合功能,实现人、河流和谐相处及全流域的持续安全。
In order to meet the needs of integrated economic and social development in river waterfront,the main problems in the exploitation of the riparian belt are pointed out based on the analyses of riparian function and present exploitation practice,and according to China＇s current riparian research and exploitation situation,the principles,layout plans and methods for the development and utilization of urban riparian belt are also proposed in detail.The analysis results show that only the exploitation in an ecological way could make human beings benefited from the river＇s synthesized function,and realize the harmony of people and rivers as well as the sustainable security of the whole basin.
