摘要
基于2004—2008年中国高技术产业15个细分行业的面板数据,研究了FDI溢出效应对中国高技术产业技术创新能力的溢出效应。结果表明,外商直接投资对中国高技术产业技术创新能力并没有产生显著的溢出效应,主要原因是我国企业在全球产业链中,一直处于生产微笑曲线的低端;内资企业创新能力的主要决定因素是其自身的研发资本和人力资源投入。
This paper investigates the effects of FDI on technology innovation of China＇s high-tech domestic enterprises based on the panel data of 15 sub-sectors from 2004 to 2008.The study shows： the FDI effects on technological innovation capacity of high-tech domestic enterprises are not significant,which results mainly from the fact that China＇s enterprises have been at the low position of the ＂Smiling curve＂ in the globle industry chain;the innovation capacity of domestic enterprises mainly depends on the RD founds and human resource input.
