摘要
针对工业生产中环境复杂,所需要检测的参数众多,为了完成对某些物理量的监视,设计了1种以SoC(system on chip)芯片C8051F040为主控机,AD7734作为模数转换芯片,以串口作为与上位机的通讯接口、集成温度、电压、电流传感器的环境数据采集系统。详细阐述了设计思路并给出硬件电路与软件设计流程,并从硬件和软件上做出优化。经过测试,系统测量误差在0.3%以内。在实际使用过程中,系统运行稳定、可靠,使用简便,满足了对环境数据进行采集的要求。
Aiming at the environmental complexity of industrial production and the large number of the parameters needed to be tested,in order to achieve certain physical surveillance the paper designed a environmental data acquisition system integrated with temperature,voltage,current sensors which is using SoC(System On Chip)chip C8051F040 as the core of the system,using AD7734 as the A/D converter and using the serial interface as the communication interface.The paper describes the design ideas and gives the hardware circuit and software design process of the system and optimizes hardware and software.After testing,the error of the system is under 0.3%.The practical using shows that the system is running stable,reliable and easy to use,achieve the requirement of acquisition of the environmental data.
