摘要
目的优选超临界CO2萃取九里香精油的工艺条件。方法以萃取的温度(A)、压力(B)、CO2流量(C)、时间(D)为主要因素,通过均匀设计实验对九里香精油的提取工艺进行优化。结果最佳萃取工艺条件为:萃取温度25℃,萃取压力31.03 MPa,CO2流量20 ml/min,萃取时间90 min,该条件下,九里香精油的萃取得率为5.01%。结论该方法可靠易行,提取效率高。
Objective To choose the optimal extraction conditions from the essential oils of Murraya paniculata by supercritical CO2.Methods The uniform design experiments were used to choose the optimal conditions,and the factors were temperature(A),pressure(B),CO2 flow rate(C),time(D).Results The optimal conditions were as follows: extraction temperature 25 ℃,extraction pressure 31.03MPa,CO2 flow rate 20 ml/min,and extraction time 90 min,under the above conditions,the yield of the essential oils was 5.01%.Conclusion The method of supercritical CO2 extraction is simple and reliable,and the yield is high.
