摘要
目的为探讨黄芪临床用量及常用配伍中药和相关症状的规律。方法收集文献及临床中关于黄芪使用的医案755例,通过对数据进行建库、筛选、去噪、转化等整理后,采用数据统计和数据挖掘的方法,计算出临床中黄芪使用剂量的范围,及黄芪临床使用中的配伍中药和相关症状。结果黄芪的临床实际用量相比药典中规定的药量要偏大,并且发现黄芪大剂量使用与活血化瘀作用之间有密切关系,另外发现黄芪的常用配伍中药为当归、白术、党参等,常见相关症状为乏力、纳差、神疲等。结论该研究加深了对黄芪临床使用规律的认识,并为研究其他中药的临床使用规律提供了一种科学有效的方法。
Objective To explore the clinical dosage of milkvetch root,the commonly used compatible traditional Chinese medicine and the pattern of related symptoms.Methods Literature and 755 clinical cases on milkvetch root were collected.After the building,screening,de-noising and transforming the database,we used data statistics and data mining methods to calculate the dose range of milkvetch root and to figure out the compatible traditional Chinese medicine with milkvetch root in clinical practice and related symptoms.Results The clinical dosage of milkvetch root was larger than mentioned in pharmacopeia.The high dose of milkvetch root was closely related with activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.We also found that the commonly used compatible traditional Chinese medicine with milkvetch root including Angelica sinensis,Largehead Atractylodes Rh and Codonopsis pilosula.The common related symptoms included fatigue,poor appetite,neurolysis and so on.Conclusion The research deepened our understanding of the clinical application rules of milkvetch root.It also provides a scientific and effective method for other research on medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine.
