摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗化疗引起的手足麻木的临床疗效。方法:选择91例化疗后出现手足麻木的患者,并随机分成治疗组(48例)和对照组(43例)。治疗组采用中医三联疗法结合传统营养神经治疗,对照组则应用一般营养神经治疗。结果:两组治疗后,治疗组手足麻木的缓解程度及缓解时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗化疗引起的手足麻木,可提高临床缓解率,缩短治疗周期。
Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treating chemotherapy-induced limb numbness.Methods：91 cases of limb numbness after chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in the treatment group and 43 cases in the control group.The treatment group received triple therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with neurotrophic treatment while the control group applied the general neurotrophic treatment.Results：After the treatment,the relief extent and duration of limb numbness in the treatment group was better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Applying integrated Chinese and western medicine in treating chemotherapy-induced limb numbness can improve clinical relief rates and shorten the treatment period,especially possessing great advantage in improving the life quality of patients.
