摘要
介绍了三聚氰胺的理化性质和毒性,重点总结了现有的检测三聚氰胺的方法,主要有苦味酸法与升华法、电位滴定法、试剂盒检测法(ELISA)、液相色谱检测法、液相色谱-质谱联用检测法、气相色谱-质谱联用检测法、近红外吸收检测法和毛细管电泳法等,对这些方法的优缺点进行了分析。
This paper introduces the physical and chemical properties and the toxicity of melamine. And summarizes the existing melamine detection methods, mainly with picric acid method and sublimation method, potentiometric titration, detection kit (ELISA), liquid chromatography, liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry, gas chromatography - mass spectrometry, near infrared spectroscopy and capillary electrophoresis. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were also analyzed.
