摘要
服务是图书馆永恒不变的主题,以黑龙江八一农垦大学实践为例以提高图书馆的服务质量为出发点,分析了提高读者服务质量的几种手段。
The readers' service is the eternal theme of the library.With the Library of Heilongjiang August First Reclamation University as Example Taking the improvement of the service quality as a starting point,in this paper several means providing the readers with good service were put forward.
