髋关节普通X线片解读与其在髋关节发育不良和髋关节撞击综合征诊断中的意义 被引量：11

摘要 在我国,髋关节发育不良引发的髋关节骨关节炎的发病率很高,是仅次于股骨头缺血坏死的非创伤性髋关节病变的第二大主要原因[1].近年来,随着对髋关节骨关节炎病因学研究的不断深入,对髋关节撞击综合征（femoral acetabular impingement,FAI）的临床和影像学的研究也在受到骨科医生的重视.由于上述两种疾病好发于年轻人,致病原因均与髋关节的形态异常有明确的关系,早期发现和早期治疗对改善关节功能,预防和推迟髋关节骨关节炎的进展意义重大.
