利妥昔单抗治疗系统性红斑狼疮伴癫痫大发作二例 被引量：1

摘要 例1女，21岁。因“反复发热伴面部皮疹、四肢雷诺现象3个月”收入院。患者2010年5月出现反复发热伴面部、四肢皮疹，有肌肉酸痛、光过敏。无咽痛、咳嗽，无胸闷、胸痛，外院长期抗感染治疗无好转。5月31日行左腋下淋巴结活检提示“反应性增生”。6月14日出现反应迟钝，随即出现意识不清、四肢抽搐、牙关紧闭、双眼上翻，持续8min左右。予地西泮10mg肌肉注射缓解后收入神经科。查体：神志不清、言语不能，面部、手掌红斑，腋下、锁骨下多发淋巴结肿大。
