摘要
目的:考察杭白菊挥发油β-环糊精的制备工艺条件。方法:以包合物的包封率和收得率为考察指标,选择挥发油与β-环糊精的比例、包合温度、超声时间以及超声频率为主要影响因素,进行L9(34)正交试验,优化杭白菊挥发油包合物的工艺条件。结果:优选的包合工艺为挥发油与β-环糊精的用量配比1∶8,包合温度70℃,超声时间15min,超声频率50%。结论:在此条件下杭白菊挥发油包合物的收得率可达83.99%,包合率可达86.69%。此包合工艺稳定可行,优于常规方法。
Objective: To investigate the process research for the preparation of inclusion technology for Volatile Oil in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.Method: The experiments were designed with orthogonal experiment,using the yield and inclusion rate of volatile oil which were used as indexes to optimize the process.Results: The optimum inclusion condition was that volatile oil∶β-CD in proportion as 1∶ 8 was mixed,and the ultrasonic reaction time is 15 minutes,70℃ in 29Hz.Conclusion: This inclusion technology is simple,stable and superior to the used.
