摘要
目前鄱阳湖生态现状总体相对尚可,但存在的一些重大生态问题亟待引起重视并着力研究解决,如水文情势异常变动、水体呈富营养化趋势、生物多样性下降、鱼类和水生植物等资源衰退等。通过成因分析,认为主要是有关鄱阳湖生态保护与开发的规制体系、监管体系、科技支撑体系和公众参与机制等有待进一步建立健全,并从这4个方面就进一步加强鄱阳湖生态保护与管理提出意见和建议。
The ecological status in Poyang Lake so far is overall good,but some crucial ecological problems existed should be looked into investigating and solving,such as the abnormal variations of hydrogeology conditions,eutrophication trend,biodiversity loss,and decline of fisheries,plant and other wetland resources.The principal causes consist in the fact that the legal system on resources protection and exploitation,the ecological monitoring and management system,the supporting system of science and technology and the public participation mechanism has yet to be established and improved.Therefore,form these four aspects,measures must be taken effectively to ensure the sustainable development of Poyang lake.
