带式输送机滚筒胀套联接的接触应力及变形的有限元分析 被引量:8

摘要 介绍胀套联接的结构原理和特点,计算出胀套联接在额定载荷下的最小过盈量作为有限元计算的边界条件,采用SolidWorks三维软件建立有限元模型,使用Cosmos/Works有限元分析软件对其进行静力分析,计算出胀套联接的接触应力和变形情况,根据计算结果,提出了胀套联接结构优化的方法和措施。 After introducing the structural principle and characteristics of the expending sleeve connection, the minimum shrinkage amount of the expending sleeve connection at the rated loads is calculated and then taken as the boundary condition of finite element calculation. SolidWorks is used to build the finite element model, and Cosmos/Works is used to carry out the static analysis. Meanwhile, the contact stress and deformation of the expanding sleeve connection is calculated and deduced. According to the calculation results, the methods for structural optimization of the expanding sleeve connection are proposed.
